really damn good quality! video and sound wise! definite best music of the day! no doubt about it. singing part. spine chilling. gives me goosebumps. i'm just disappointed by the precision gimmick and
 drill execution. plus i didn't like the walking. they should have had more marching. it will give them more slickness that tkband has. but nevertheless well done! :D

TK band's standard dropped as compared to previous years. true what. it's the fact anyway. u guys are still good but sadly other bands are better than TK now. no offence
 intended. just an honest opinion. cheers.

@leeq yeah TKBAND standard indeed dropped. But that was due to the changes in the marching style I guess? It was new and it isn't easy

I think this year, Bowen has set the benchmark for all other marching bands in Singapore to follow... TK band is good and well deserving of the gold. But when you look in detail the marching, movements etc, you'll see that they are untidy compared to the
 other GWH bands.

As compared to the TK band when I was still their student, it has now lacked the 'crisp' and sharpness when it comes to
 their movements. Their music used to have so much impact crediting to their music composition. Their formations and the use of props now lack the 'wow' factor. They used to deliver so much goosebumps to whoever is watching. The change of style might be an attempt to bring the band to a differe
nt level, but it seems it's not ready. But it can be much better, we are all sure.

Having watched the videos of TK, Deyi and Bowen, I
 still feel that TK is not far behind. TK bagged the title of the Best Display Band for many years too. The experience they have can't be denied. We are certain that during the next SYF Display Band Competition, TK Band will surprise the crowd, leaving everyone with goosebumps and our jaws droppe

During my time, SYF for display band central
 judging was held at the National Stadium. The heat, the atmosphere, everything was perfection. When TK Band won Gold, best band, best drum major, the whole school that came cheered till we lost our voices. The P then declared 1 day holiday for the whole school. sigh...those were the days...(almo
st 15 yrs ago). p.s.: we used to do the 90 degree march. where our legs must be at right angle when marching. Its no longer practiced now?
